Reel Factory operates two private, purpose-built film studios in Auckland, designed specifically for commercial production and international service production.Our stages are built for scale and efficiency - enabling brands and agencies to construct sets of any size, run motion and stills shoots simultaneously and execute complex studio productions without external dependencies.

Reel Factory operates the only permanently installed commercial LED Volume Wall in New Zealand.Designed for virtual production, the Volume Wall gives creative teams full control over environments - enabling complex scenes to be captured with greater precision, reduced travel and increased efficiency, all without leaving the studio.It allows production to move faster, reset instantly and protect ambitious ideas from real-world variables.Fully integrated with our in-house camera team, technical directors and post-production pipeline, it delivers a seamless virtual production workflow from stage through to final grade.

Reel Factory’s in-house post-production team operates as a fully integrated unit.Offline, online, colour and finishing all sit inside the same ecosystem as production and camera. Our HQ includes five offline edit suites, dedicated colour and online suites, a private viewing cinema and a dedicated mastering and archiving server setup - all with direct access to our production and camera teams throughout the entire process.

Our production floor accommodates up to 35, with multiple teams running simultaneously - from commercial shoots in prep to long-form projects in development and international service productions in motion. Four dedicated meeting rooms keep creative, agency and client conversations flowing - no scrambling for space, no waiting on availability. And at the heart of it all is a fully stoked bar and an always-open driving range.Everything sits under one roof, designed to handle scale and move at pace.
